The undisputed pound for pound king

This is a double cheeseburger with fried onions from Mazo’s Fine Foods, a long-time staple here in Milwaukee. It is, quite simply, the greatest burger in the history of the world. Just look at that thing - one bite and your heart explodes. Heavenly.

So I’ve got a mission - I’m not breakin’ the diet ’til I hit my target, at which point the above piece of deliciousness will be the first thing that hits my stomach. It’s good to have goals, I suppose - even when the goal is an instant heart attack. I’m going on record right now - I plan on eating this burger on January 31, 2009.

It’s been 1 month, 15 days, 21 hours, 36 minutes, and 13 seconds. 27.5 lbs down, 47 to go.

Damn, that burger looks good.
