Best of Both Worlds

I think I discovered my new favorite fruit today - the pluot. Part plum, part apricot, all delicious. I’ve always loved the taste of a nice, ripe plum, but the texture is a bit lacking. A little too watery, perhaps. Enter the apricot. Problem solved.
